Betfair.com reserves the right to exclude you from the Promotion and from the Betfair Website if it believes that you have tried to benefit from this Promotion by using more than one user name or are otherwise engaging in fraudulent activity. In such instance, you shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion and betfair.com shall not be obliged to provide reasons to you for such exclusion.
