1. 22. During an event, strict rules regarding a participant's behaviour will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the event, or any other behaviour that Betfair Poker, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to the conduct of the event.
23. You agree that these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.
24. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and no rights or benefits expressly or impliedly conferred by it shall be enforceable under that Act against the parties to it by any other person.
