Celebrity Tipping Competition

December

After one month’s punting it’s fair to say that the Sharp Minds in the Betfair community have been picking off our celebrities tips, and making a little profit at the expense of charity – shame on you!

Tony Cascarino leads the way having backed the Irish Rugby Union team to beat the Tri Nations Champs South Africa, the £50 @ 2.64 sees his balance stand at a respectable £132.00.

Not far behind Tony is Angus Loughran, who correctly tipped Spurs to dispense with Burnley in the Carling Cup. The £50 he placed @ 1.93 was never in any doubt as the North London side cruised to a 3-0 win. Angus' balance currently stands at £96.50

Unluckiest tipster this month has to be Laura Davies. First she backed Andy Fordham in the Darts Showdown – Fordham of course retired due to heat exposure when throwing well. She also backed the Spanish team to win Golf’s World Cup, who were squeaked out by a single stroke by the victorious England team in the final. Laura’s balance is therefore £0.

Anyway, the celebs have recharged and have selected their three ‘naps’ for December which are…
